Bolu Province, Highway Shopping Mall- Traffic Analysis and Parking Revision Project<\/b>
\nAfter the field studies which are held by our team, 2 main problems have been detected. \n
1.\tDifferent types of vehicles such as automobiles, motocycles and trucks were using the same parking areas. In terms of traffic safety, different means of vehicles should use different parking areas.\n
2.\tThe other problem was that the vehicles which comes from Istanbul (west side) and Ankara ( east side) were using the same junctions and this situtation creates high accidental risks as well. \n

\nAdditionally, current traffic plan allowed 2 other entrance within 55 meters, these entrances also were not satisfying the needs and did not solve the problem\nIn the action plan of the advisory report, Our team recommended these below:\n
1.\tDifferent parking areas were designed for different means of vehicles, and entrances also was separated from eachother.\n
2.\tFor the vehicles coming from \u0130stanbul direction, a new road\/entrance was opened. \n
3.\tThe intersection of the vehicles which are coming from Istanbul and Ankara have been prevented by physical tools.\n
4.\tTo separate the entrance of the cars and trucks, traffic signboards and informative signs have been placed. Thus, trucks have used the first entrance to reach the park area while the other automobiles have used the second entrance\n
5.\tEast exit stayed same as the current plan. \n
6.\tCirculation plan has been adivsed to the client with the proper vertical and horizontal signboards.\n
7.\tThe renewal project has been completed by paying attention to the driving geometry of different types of vehicles<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00d6neri plan haz\u0131rlan\u0131rken \u00f6ncelikle otomobil ve a\u011f\u0131r ta\u015f\u0131tlar i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 otopark alanlar\u0131 tasarlanm\u0131\u015f ve bu alanlara ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 giri\u015fler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u0130stanbul\u2019dan gelen a\u011f\u0131r ta\u015f\u0131tlar i\u00e7in yeni bir giri\u015f\/ yeni bir yol a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 <\/span>Bu yol kav\u015fa\u011fa 315 metre kala \u015fevlerin g\u00fcneyinden otopark alan\u0131na ula\u015fmakta.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ankara y\u00f6n\u00fcnden gelen ta\u015f\u0131tlar ile \u0130stanbul y\u00f6n\u00fcnden gelen otomobillerin kesi\u015fimini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in k\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131n kolu uzat\u0131larak 85 metre uzunlu\u011funda fiziksel engel yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ankara y\u00f6n\u00fcnden gelen a\u011f\u0131r ta\u015f\u0131tlar ile otomobillerin giri\u015fini ay\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla otopark\u0131n ilk giri\u015fine trafik adas\u0131 \u00f6nerilmi\u015ftir. A\u011f\u0131r ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n ilk sa\u011fdan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yap\u0131p otopark alan\u0131na girmesi sa\u011flan\u0131rken otomobillerin devam edip 55 metre sonraki ikinci giri\u015fi kullanmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in Trafik \u0130\u015faretleri ve Bilgilendirme Levhalar\u0131 konulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u0130stanbul ve Ankara\u2019dan gelen otomobiller ikinci giri\u015ften otopark alan\u0131na girmesi planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n 55 metre sonraki \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc giri\u015f ise hem giri\u015f hem de \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f olarak planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>En do\u011fuda bulunan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kap\u0131s\u0131 ise mevcuttaki gibi \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f olarak kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00d6neri plana uygun yatay ve d\u00fc\u015fey i\u015faretleme ile sirk\u00fclasyon yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ara\u00e7 tiplerinin s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f geometrisine dikkat edilerek otopark alan\u0131 revizyon projesi tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n
