Currently there are two intersections within 100 meters, one of which is a controlled roundabout with an island and the other is an uncontrolled T-type intersection. A roundabout is a signalized T-junction and an uncontrolled intersection. The small diameter of the island, the insufficient geometrical arrangements, and the lack of signal phase optimization at the roundabout with an island cause the queuing length to become too long, the congestion of the junction and the prolongation of the separation time from the junction. In addition, the uncontrolled T-type intersection creates a problem in terms of security and discipline. In the project, two intersections were combined into a single intersection and planned as signalized. Signal phase optimization was done. In order to reduce the traffic load of the junction, transit passes were provided outside the junction. Left turn pockets and refuge pockets were planned. Circulation plan has been prepared. Geometric arrangement and strip discipline were provided. In addition, in order to reduce the load at the junction, two new junctions were opened and integrated with the main junction.
